The Iron Blue - Flies hatch in open water during the months of May to October (with the more frequent hatches happening in May, September & October. Iron Blue's are a fairly small upwinged fly (overall length between 5mm and 10mm).
This version is tied in its generic form with a small red tag and short white tail.
